18.15.030.C1 standards

18.15.030.I1 standards

In any "RE" or "RS" zone, the Director may authorize a maximum ten percent reduction in parcel area on parcels created by parcel map if two or more existing parcels within two hundred feet of the proposed parcel map are less than the minimum parcel size.
