Building Height: Two and one-half stories and not to exceed thirty-five feet. Maximum Coverage: forty percent. No single lot less than 3,250 sq ft.
For all new multiple family residential projects of fifteen units or more, at least fifteen percent of the project's dwelling units shall be affordable to very low, and/or low income households.
For all new single family residential projects of fifteen units or more, at least twenty percent of the project's dwelling units shall be affordable to very low, low, and/or moderate income households.
Inclusionary units shall be dispersed throughout the project unless otherwise approved by the city.
