Sec. 94.1-47(f)

This district is designed to recognize existing areas that are developed or are suitable for development with multiple-family dwellings with moderate to high densities up to 16 dwellings per acre.

Sec. 94.1-47(g)

This district is designed to recognize existing areas that are developed or are suitable for development with professional, medical or commercial offices... Medical facilities such as clinics, day surgery centers, medical laboratories ... may be permitted but may require special approval as a special exception permit.

Sec. 94.1-47(l)

This district provides specific areas for certain nonoffensive industries, warehousing, wholesale distribution facilities, research and development facilities, light manufacturing and office complexes... The district applies only to land located in an industrial park owned by the town or other political subdivision of the state.

Sec. 94.1-47(m)1 standards

This district provides appropriate locations for certain nonoffensive industrial and manufacturing uses... Compatibility with other development within the town is promoted by the use of greater setbacks and yards, buffering from residential areas and approvals by the town council as a special exceptions for many industrial or manufacturing uses.

Sec. 94.1-61 standards

Permitted uses and special exception uses listed in the district regulations shall be permitted in the respective districts, provided they comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter. All other uses shall be prohibited.

Sec. 94.1-7(a)1 standards

a residential facility in which no more than eight mentally ill, mentally retarded, or developmentally-disabled persons reside, with one or more resident counselors or other staff persons, shall be considered for all purposes residential occupancy by a single family.

Sec. 94.1-7(b)1 standards

a family day home as defined therein serving one through five children exclusive of the provider's own children and any children who reside in the home shall be considered to be, for all purposes, residential occupancy by a single family.

Sec. 94.1-7(c)1 standards

all newly designed and constructed buildings, facilities, parking areas and other spaces authorized under this chapter shall meet the requirements for accessibility by physically handicapped persons as set out in the Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act

Sec. 94.1-73

If a use is not specifically listed in the table then that use may not be established within the town.

Sec. 94.1-74

Accessory uses that are customarily associated with and are essential to the use and operation of a primary use are considered as part of the primary use...

Sec. 94.1-75

The following uses shall not be established within any zoning district within the town limits: (1) Junkyard... (2) A facility, also known as a slaughter house... (3) A facility processing medical or other hazardous wastes. (4) Construction/demolition/debris landfills. (5) Dumps.
