This district is designed to recognize existing areas that are developed or are suitable for development with multiple-family dwellings with moderate to high densities up to 16 dwellings per acre.

If a use is not specifically listed in the table then that use may not be established within the town.
Accessory uses that are customarily associated with and are essential to the use and operation of a primary use are considered as part of the primary use...
The following uses shall not be established within any zoning district within the town limits: (1) Junkyard... (2) A facility, also known as a slaughter house... (3) A facility processing medical or other hazardous wastes. (4) Construction/demolition/debris landfills. (5) Dumps.

the density of PRDs between five and ten acres may be increased by 1.35 times and the density of PRDs of more than ten acres may be increased to 1.5 times the maximum density otherwise specified in this table.
