Section 9.5.4.F (Mobile Food Unit on Private Property in the I-1 District, the Planned Employment Center (PEC District) and within the B-2, B-3 and B-4 Zoning Districts, and the CD-C and CD-CC Sub-Districts of the Crescent Design District)8 standards

Mobile food units may be located only on a lot having a minimum of 8,500 square feet and containing a principal non-residential/commercial building or use.

Section 9.5.4.G (Fireworks Stand)4 standards

No such activity shall be located closer than three hundred (300) feet to a residential use.

Section 9.5.4.K (Temporary Outdoor Dining, Eating Establishments)8 standards

A Temporary Use Permit may be issued to existing eating establishments to permit a Temporary Outdoor Dining Area for which no Zoning Permit has been issued as required in Zoning Ordinance Section 3.7.1 (When Permits Required).

Section 9.5.5 - Temporary Portable Storage Unit6 standards

The outdoor storage of temporary portable storage units are allowed in accordance with the standards listed below. Maximum size 128 sq ft, duration limits, number limits.

Section 9.6 - Business Special Events6 standards

A business special event shall be permitted three times per year for a three-day period each. No closer than 200 feet to residential use except in H-1 Overlay.

Section K - Temporary Outdoor Dining7 standards

A Temporary Use Permit may be issued to existing eating establishments to permit a Temporary Outdoor Dining Area. Seating capacity limited to 50% of occupancy load, parking ratio 1 space per 4 seats.

Sections 3.8-3.92 standards

Upon satisfactory completion of all work for which a Loudoun County Building Permit has been issued, ... the applicant shall request zoning approval for an Occupancy Permit.
