Industrial District I
Minimum lot area 25,000 sq ft; front setback 50 ft from ROW; side/rear 50 ft; max coverage 70%; max height 50 ft.
Conservation District C
There shall be no minimum lot area. There shall be no minimum setback... Buildings and accessory structures may be erected up to 50 feet in height. There shall be no minimum off-street parking requirement.
Each parking space shall be a minimum of nine feet wide and 20 feet long; except for parallel spaces which shall be nine feet wide and 22 feet long. For each 25 off-street parking spaces, there shall be one off-street parking space for handicapped persons.
Manufactured home lots of not less than 15,000 square feet of ground, with a minimum width of 75 feet... setback at least 20 feet from an internal manufactured home park street... minimum of 30 feet between manufactured homes... minimum of 10% of gross land area for recreational and open space uses.
Site development plans shall be required for the construction of any building or structure... Minimum easement width shall be 15 feet...

Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Overlay District
The Overlay District shall include all lands described in this section as lying within either the resource protection area (RPA) or the resource management area (RMA).

Village Mixed Use VMU District
This district is designed to accommodate a mixture of commercial activities (particularly those that are pedestrian-oriented), institutional/public uses and residential housing types that will complement existing village development
Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of any of the zoning districts as shown on the Official Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
Rural District RU
The minimum lot area for each principal permitted use shall be 2.5 acres; buildings set back 50 feet from right-of-way; side yard 10 feet; rear yard 50 feet; height up to 50 feet.
The right-of-way shall not be less than 40 feet.
No sign, unless herein exempted, shall be erected... until a zoning permit has been approved. The following signs are prohibited in all zoning districts...
