The total number of AHUs provided must be equal to or greater than the total number of required ADUs and UHNUs for the development.
TRC and UE Zoning Districts. Permitted with less than 50,000 square feet... Performing Arts Center permitted if <=10k. Contractor: no outdoor storage. Flex Buildings allowed. Outdoor storage prohibited.
