General provisions
465 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
Minimum lot size: One (1) acre for the first thirty-five (35) students. Each additional student will require an additional one thousand (1,000) square feet, but no school site will be required to exceed five (5) acres.

Open space shall include the most sensitive resource areas of the site. All primary conservation areas located within the development shall be designated open space.
