§ 165-201.0621 standards

All freestanding signs must be set back at least 10 feet from lot lines. The minimum distance separating signs is 100 feet. Temporary signs may not exceed five feet in height and 50 square feet. Monument signs: one per property, height based on road type (arterial 25 ft, collector 15 ft, other 12 ft), size based on road type (arterial 150 sq ft, collector 100 sq ft, other 50 sq ft). Wall-mounted signs: 1.5 sq ft per linear foot of building frontage or 25 sq ft, whichever greater, max 200 sq ft. All other signs: max 5 ft height, 4 sq ft area.

§ 165-201.0611 standards

Subdivision identification signs must be monument style signs. ... must not exceed eight feet in height. ... must not exceed 32 square feet in sign area.

§ 165-201.06B(2)(a)1 standards

All freestanding signs must be set back at least 10 feet from lot lines or property boundary lines. Signs that are attached to buildings must meet the required setbacks for that building.

§ 165-201.06B(3)(c)[1]1 standards
