General provisions

19.2-32-201 standards

Flagpole height shall not exceed 50 feet above grade.

19.2-32-212 standards

Fueling equipment shall meet the setback requirements for parking in the district. Drives associated with fueling equipment shall meet the setback requirements for parking outlined in the district. Use shall not be located in the VO District.
