The minimum area for an individual manufactured home lot shall be a minimum area of 5,000 square feet. The minimum average width for each manufactured home lot shall be 50 feet. The maximum area that shall be covered, including patios and accessory buildings, is 30 percent of the allocated space area. All mobile homes shall be set back a minimum distance of 25 feet from any boundary line or street right-of-way. All units must be connected to public water and sewer before a certificate of occupancy may be issued.
