Design
- Building variation
Adjacent buildings shall be visually distinct from each other. At least two of five elements must vary for each adjacent building along the same street frontage.

Accessory buildings or structures or trees on single-family lots shall be set back five (5) feet from the rear property line when adjacent to an alley.

Alleys shall be created when physically feasible and in keeping with the Buckroe Master Plan.
- Front street determination
If a lot is adjacent to only one street, that street is the front. If two streets, the narrower lot frontage is the front.
- Primary access
Primary access for all buildings shall be from a public street or open space.
Undersized shutters, inoperable shutters, plastic shutters, reflective glass, plastic roof tiles, backlit awnings, glossy awnings, chain link fences etc. are prohibited.

Parking
