  • Building variation

    Adjacent buildings shall be visually distinct from each other. At least two of five elements (materials, architectural styles, massing, color, lot type) must vary for each adjacent building along the same street frontage.

  • Alley use for parking

    Where available, alleys shall be used to access parking, except in the case of single-family corner lots.

  • Corner lot driveway width15 ft

    Single-family corner lot driveways shall be accessed from the side street and may be a maximum of fifteen (15) feet wide.
