In the BC-1, BC-2, BR-1, BR-2, IG, IM, IS-1, and IS-2 zoning districts, principal building height may be increased by up to five feet in excess of the maximum height set forth in Section 9-7-1... if: (1) The property is not adjacent to any residential district; and (2) The property is not adjacent to any property designated for low, medium, or high density residential uses in the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan.
