Section 106 standards

Section 810 standards

All dwellings and additions to dwellings require a zoning permit. All accessory structures, or additions to accessory structures that cause them to be 100 square feet or more in their entirety, require a zoning permit.

Section 9.810 standards

The home occupation shall be conducted within the permitted dwelling unit or permitted accessory building and only by occupants of the dwelling unit. The use of employees or other workers in the home occupation is prohibited.

Section 9.99 standards

A Special Event Permit is required for one (1) to four (4) consecutive day events that occur no more than two times per year.
