General provisions

Chapter 10.74, § 10.74.0201 standards

This chapter shall apply to all uses listed as permitted uses subject to administrative approval.

Chapter 10.766 standards

A temporary use permit provides a mechanism for administrative review and determination for proposed and qualifying short-term uses and activities to ensure that such activities are consistent with the General Plan and the provisions of this title.

Chapter 10.78, § 10.78.04016 standards

Only the occupants of the dwelling may be engaged in the home occupation... The home occupation shall not generate pedestrian or vehicular traffic in excess of that customarily associated with the land use district... No structure, or any part thereof, shall be erected or enlarged, nor shall any site or structure be used, designated, or intended to be used for any purpose or in any manner other than is included among the uses listed in the land use tables in this chapter as permitted, administratively permitted, or conditionally permitted in the zone district in which such structure, land, or site is located, except as otherwise authorized by this title.
