17.228 (Accessory Dwelling Units)11 standards

Every room used for sleeping purposes shall have not less than 100 square feet of floor area. Where more than one person occupies a room used for sleeping, the required floor area shall be increased at the rate of 50 square feet for each occupant in excess of one.
