Hosted short-term rentals are allowed with a short-term rental special business permit in the single family residential (R-1) zoning district. Non-hosted short-term rentals are allowed with a short-term rental special business permit in the single family residential (R-1) zoning district. Non-hosted short-term rentals are prohibited in all other zoning districts. Accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units are prohibited from use as short-term rentals.
