Density

  • Density based on site size

    Smaller sites composed of two acres or less are permitted to be developed with a maximum density of ten dwelling units per net acre. Larger sites that are between two and one-tenth to four acres are permitted to be developed with densities up to 15 dwelling units per net acre and sites composed of at least four and one-tenth acres are permitted to be developed with a maximum density of 25 dwelling units per net acre.
