  • Front – personal gardens prohibited in front of buildings and in public view.

  • Odor control requirement

    All cannabis odors must be controlled such that the odor cannot be detected by a reasonable person of normal sensitivity outside the grounds of the residence.

    All cannabis cultivation areas must be locked and secure at all times.

  • The setbacks for gardens will be measured from the property line to the canopy of the garden.

  • Visibility restriction

    No cannabis at any stage of growth or cultivation, and no evidence of cultivation occurring at the premises, may be visible from outside the grounds of the private residence.

All personal gardens must be located out of public view and meet the following setbacks: (1) Rear – 10 feet. (2) Side – five feet on each side. (3) Front – personal gardens prohibited in front of buildings and in public view.
