Parking
- Employee parking requirement1 space/employee
In addition to the minimum parking spaces required in Subsections (B) and (C) above, one (1) parking space shall be provided for each employee.
From the ordinance
At the time of the issuance of a building permit for any new building and/or structure or renovation or remodeling of an existing building or structure, or at such time that a higher usage is applied to a building or structure, there shall be provisions for minimum off street parking with adequate provisions for safe ingress and egress.
