- The on-site harvesting and sale of firewood
- Utilities
- Public schools, parks and other public facilities
- Portable sawmills and portable planing mills
- Accessory buildings or structures
- Loading and unloading facilities
- On-site parking
- Private schools for twelve (12) or fewer students
- Temporary camping

In addition to the permitted uses specified within the zones of this title, the following land uses shall be permitted: Agricultural uses, including but not limited to animal husbandry, livestock grazing, the production of crops, horticulture, viticulture, silviculture, sale of agricultural products, and accessory uses and structures appurtenant to the agricultural use, subject to the following standards:
