Parking
- Fraction rounding rule
If the number of on-site parking spaces for a use required by this Chapter contains a fraction, that fraction shall be rounded to the nearest whole number. Any such fraction equal to or greater than 0.50 shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number and any such fraction less than 0.50 shall be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

A maximum of 40 percent of the number of parking spaces required by this Chapter may be compact automobile parking spaces.

Parking shall be located within 500 feet of the lot of the use.
