Parking

The requirement shall not apply to an ADU if any of the following are true: within one-half mile walking distance from public transit; part of existing primary residence or accessory building; area where on-street parking permits required but not offered; within one block of car share; constructed with new primary dwelling; otherwise exempt per state law.
