Two or more uses may be established on one building site if neither are prohibited under this section and all development standards are met as specified in section 44-140. However, the Community Development Director may require the processing of a conditional use permit if two or more principal uses are proposed that may cause, together or separately, adverse impacts on each other or on surrounding land uses.
