(4) No receptions, private parties, etc., for a fee shall be permitted. (5) Applicable provisions of the Uniform Statewide Building Code shall be met. (6) Issuance of an operator permit from the state department of health shall be required. (7) The maximum length of stay for each guest shall be five days.
