The minor site plan or site plan shall include the planting and/or replacement of trees on the site to the extent that, at a maturity of 20 years, minimum tree covers will be provided in accord with the following standards: a. Business, commercial and industrial development: Ten percent of the total site area. b. Residential development (greater than ten dwelling units/acre): 15 percent of the total site area. c. Residential development (ten dwelling units/acre and less): 20 percent of the total site area.
