  • Greenbelt width along designated streets50 ft

    Along streets designated by the comprehensive plan as greenbelts, a greenbelt of at least 50 feet shall be provided along the street line; except that at least 75 feet shall be required along Route 199.

This district is established to allow the location of office and limited commercial uses along the city's major highway corridors in a low-intensity manner that can be employed as a transitional land use between residential neighborhoods and higher-intensity uses.
