- Architectural Review Board approval required
In addition to the requirements of this article, signs located in the architectural preservation and corridor protection zoning districts shall be subject to the review and approval of the Architectural Review Board as provided in Article IX of this chapter. No sign permit shall be issued for a sign located in these districts until the Architectural Review Board has approved the sign.
