Signage

• Maximum large museum banner area100 sqftsq ftSquare feet. An acre is 43,560 sq ft; a typical suburban lot is 7,000–10,000.

  Maximum banner area: 100 square feet.

• Large museum monument sign allowed

  Monument signs shall be permitted if the following conditions are met: i. Number of signs permitted: One monument sign for each public street frontage, provided that no more than two signs may be placed facing the same public street.

• Large museum monument sign base heightMaximum heightThe tallest a building may be, given in feet, in storeys, or both — whichever binds first. ratio50 pct
