Floodplain

The floodplain administrator shall require the applicant to provide an elevation certificate for all structures in areas where base flood elevation is known.

Review all permit applications to determine whether the proposed development is in an area where the base flood elevation is known and the proposed development is a structure that is a single-family dwelling. If the proposed development is a single-family dwelling, the floodplain administrator shall require the applicant to provide an elevation certificate.
