Height

PDU districts shall be permitted only on land designated as urban residential land use in the adopted comprehensive plan. The minimum permitted size for any PDU district shall be two and one-half acres. Individual lots in a PDU district shall be exempt from the minimum lot area, lot width and yard requirements, provided that front, side or rear yards shall not be less than five feet. Buildings may be erected up to 45 feet from grade. At least 20 percent of the total land area of the lot shall be landscaped open space.
