The deck of piers constructed from property within the jurisdiction of the Town of West Point shall not be elevated more than five feet above mean high water (MHW). The width of the pier walkway for a noncommercial pier shall not exceed six feet in width. The width of a pier walkway for a commercial pier shall not exceed 12 feet in width.
