  • Minimum separation from wastewater treatment facility200 ft

    no use involving the processing or preparation of foods or food products shall be located within 200 feet of any wastewater treatment facility

  • Plan of development required

    A plan of development is required for all uses except those requiring a special use permit.

  • Required side yards abutting residential districts shall not be used for storage, display, or loading; also prohibited within 10 feet of street right-of-way.

  • Where a side or rear lot line abuts property in any residential district, a yard of not less than 25 feet is required; where adjacent to an alley, a yard of not less than 5 feet is required.
