No recreational vehicle shall be used for dwelling purposes in any district... No recreational vehicle shall be stored or parked in any required front yard in any residential district. No recreational vehicle shall be stored or parked on any lot in any residential district for a period exceeding 48 hours, unless such recreational vehicle is located in a side or rear yard and is screened from view from any public street and from adjoining properties by a solid fence or evergreen vegetative material not less than six feet in height.
