Satellite dishes one meter (39.37 inches) or less in diameter may be located in any district, provided they comply with the accessory building requirements of section 70-336 and the yard requirements of the district in which they are located. Satellite dishes greater than one meter in diameter shall be permitted only in the M-1 and M-2 Districts.
