- Sign maintenance required
Sign components and materials shall be kept in good repair which shall include the sign being free of holes, chipping, cracking, peeling, fading, rusting or nonfunctional components that are detectable from beyond the property line.
From the ordinance
It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or permit to be maintained on any premises owned or controlled by said person any sign which is in a damaged or deteriorated condition and constitutes a danger or hazard to public safety.
