    in no case shall the distance between two main buildings be less than 15 feet

From the ordinance

In an approved subdivision of five or more lots located in an R-1, R-2, or R-3 district, one interior side yard on a lot devoted to single-family dwelling use may be equal to zero, provided that the requirements of this section are met.
