Mobile homes and Manufactured Home Parks shall be permitted in the MH-1 District subject to the following requirements... a.2. Manufactured Home Sites. A minimum manufactured home unit site size of 4,500 square feet per unit shall be provided. c.1. The minimum area for a manufactured home park or subdivision shall be ten acres. The minimum width of the tract measured at the street frontage of the main access shall be 200 feet. d.3. Open Space.
