Residential Mixed-Use Developments are contemplated to be primarily residential in nature. However, Residential Mixed-Use Developments of sufficient size and appropriate character may have certain limited commercial development which is incidental to the Residential Mixed-Use Development and is intended primarily for the use of the residents of the Residential Mixed-Use Development.
