An applicant may apply to have his property made exempt from the requirements of the Resource Management Area. An environmental site assessment along with a study indicating the location, concentration or absence of the following RMA physical characteristics must be submitted to the Administrator: (a) Highly erodible soils; (b) Steep slopes greater than 25 percent; (c) Highly permeable soils; (d) Nontidal wetlands not included in the RPA; (e) Floodplain.
