Parking

  • Parking for combination of uses

    When a building includes a combination of uses, the required parking is the sum of the required parking for each use.

  • Fractional parking spaces round up

    Where a fractional space results during calculation of required parking, the required number of parking spaces shall be construed to be the next highest whole number.

When a building includes a combination of uses as set forth in this section, the required parking will be the sum of the required parking for each use. Where the parking requirement for a particular use is not defined, the administrator shall determine the number of spaces.
