- Site plan approval expiration1 year
Approval of a site plan shall expire one year after the date of such approval unless building permits have been obtained. A single one-year extension may be given upon written request.

For all other uses and activities a preliminary site plan shall be submitted and approved by the county. For any use that requires a conditional use approval, a preliminary site plan shall be submitted with the application.
