Floodplain

Development activities which increase water surface elevation may be allowed only after obtaining a conditional letter of map revision (CLOMR) with FEMA approval.
Placement of manufactured homes is prohibited except in an existing manufactured home park or subdivision; replacement homes allowed if standards met.

No encroachments, including fill, new construction, substantial improvements, or other development shall be permitted unless demonstrated no increase in flood levels.

Within any floodway area, no encroachments, including fill, new construction, substantial improvements, or other development shall be permitted unless it has been demonstrated through hydrologic and hydraulic analysis that the proposed encroachment will not result in any increase in flood levels.
