From the ordinance
All principal buildings: 2½ stories but not to exceed 35 feet. Front yard setbacks: 100 ft on existing public roads, 50 ft on new subdivision roads. Side yard: 25 ft existing, 20 ft new. Rear: 50 ft principal, 20 ft accessory. Accessory structures max 4% of lot area not to exceed 5,000 sq ft.
