Should a use defined as an adult entertainment establishment cease or discontinue operation for a period of 90 or more consecutive days, it may not resume.

No such regulated use shall be permitted within 2,500 feet of any other existing adult entertainment establishment; any residential zoning district; any child care institution; primary or secondary educational facility; community recreation, public parks and recreational areas, or cultural services.
Signage

Sign messages shall be limited to verbal description of material or services available on the premises. Sign messages may not include any graphic or pictorial depiction.
