Minimum tract size: Five acres. Use limitations: Areas designated on the approved preliminary plan as a manufactured housing subdivision shall be limited to Class A manufactured homes and single family dwellings. Where a combination of manufactured homes and single-family dwellings are proposed, at least 60 percent of the lots shall be reserved exclusively for manufactured homes. ... Storage space: A storage area enclosed on all sides, with at least 300 cubic feet and designed to store yard equipment and supplies shall be provided.
