  • All-weather road for emergency vehicles

    Each building intended to accommodate members shall be accessible via an all weather road suitable to accommodate emergency vehicles serving the property.

  • Landscaping buffer along residential use

    Any outdoor activity area, swimming pool, or ball field or court which adjoins a residential use type shall be landscaped with one row of small evergreen trees in accordance with section [30-92] along the property line adjoining the residential use type.
