The overall density of the mobile home park shall not exceed six units per gross acre and the net density of any particular acre within such park, whether used for mobile homes or travel trailers, shall not exceed 12 units per acres. Minimum site area for individual mobile homes shall be 3,600 square feet and no mobile home shall occupy more than 25 percent of the area of the lot on which it is situated. ... No mobile home shall be parked closer than 100 feet from a public street or road, ten feet from an interior access drive, or 25 feet from any other mobile home or service building and no part of a mobile home, porches, decks, awnings, canopy or storage structure shall be located closer than five feet from the boundaries of the individual mobile home site. ... At least one off-street parking space shall be provided on each mobile home site.
