- Loading space dimensions
Where trailer trucks are involved, such loading and unloading space shall be an area 12 feet by 40 feet, with a 14-foot height clearance, and shall be designed with appropriate means of truck access to a street or alley as well as adequate maneuvering area.
- Loading surface construction
All areas devoted to permanent off-street loading and unloading, as required under this chapter, shall be of a sealed-surface construction and maintained in such a manner that no dust will result from continuous use.
