The aboveground storage of hazardous liquid materials, including fuel oil, pesticides, herbicides, etc., in bulk greater than one thousand (1,000) gallons without approved containage structures is prohibited.

Before the issuance of a land-disturbing activity permit for any activity that will disturb more than ten thousand (10,000) square feet of land, a site plan for the control of erosion and sediment runoff shall be submitted to and approved by the department of utility construction and erosion control.

The minimum lot size for single-family dwellings in river protection overlay districts shall be: (a) Five (5) acres for lots to be served by private septic systems... The placement of septic fields within the one-hundred-year floodplain is prohibited.
